How does this work ?
The Clear Access wireless mesh covers certain areas, our sales team will be able to confirm coverage in your area. Once coverage is confirmed a technician will install an external antennae at your premises and connect your network to our mesh.
Your selection of services can then be enabled.

I have run out of data but I do not recall downloading this much information?
Background downloads are the main cause of this. Some programs download data in the background without you knowing about it.
Check the following types of programs for automatic updates/downloads
- Microsoft Windows Update
- Antivirus Software - E.g. Nortons
- File Sharing Software - E.g. Limewire

How do I check my usage?
On the login page, click on the Your Account link and enter your username and password.
Then click on the data usage link at the bottom of the page.
I can browse the Internet and receive emails but I cannot send them?
This typically happens if you use an outgoing mail server that does not require authentication.
Whilst you are connected to our network all of your outbound email goes via our server.
Please use smtp.clearaccess.co.za as your outgoing mail server.
How fast is this service?
It depends on the service you purchase, we offer speed ranging from 512kb/s to 20Mb/s
