We provide comprehensive Business Broadband Fibre offerings that let you access Dedicated Internet Over Fibre. Within your business premises, we can design and create Ethernet Point-to-Point and VPLS (Virtual Private LAN Services) networks to integrate all your digital resources and workstations.

Our Internet Access and Ethernet Services include the provision of  Wireless Hotspots, Broadcast Links and Remote Access & VPNs. Clear Access can also assist with IP Transit.

Conferencing

Our Voice & Video Conferencing offering delivers significant business efficiencies and cost savings. Rather than waste time travelling between locations, our Business Broadband Fibre facilitates seamless Video Conferencing that stimulates debate and makes collaboration easier and more effective.

Do you ever limit your customers’ speeds?

To ensure that all our Business Broadband Fibre customers enjoy the same ultra-high-speed internet access, we continuously monitor bandwidth usage across our entire network. Where a customer is using excessive data, we may need to temporarily moderate their upload and download speeds to prevent impacts on other customers. CLEAR ACCESS Pay-per-GB and Dedicated Internet Access customers are not affected by bandwidth management.

What are your SLA terms?

CLEAR ACCESS offers a 99% SLA on our physical fibre connections, and we’re committed to a maximum 4-hour repair time on any fibre breaks. We can also offer customised SLA arrangements to meet your needs.

How can I tell if my business is in a CLEAR ACCESS coverage area?

All CLEAR ACCESS services are coveragedependent. CLEAR ACCESS Fibre is currently available in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban. Please contact us using the details on the last page of this brochureto determine if your business is within one of our coverage areas.

How do I connect my business to CLEAR ACCESS Business Broadband Fibre?

1. We’ll conduct a feasibility check to establish if there is fibre coverage in your area. 2. One of our sales representatives will contact you to discuss your requirements and options.

How quickly can you connect my business?

From the date of installation approval, the turnaround time for a new business installation is approximately 90 days. CLEAR ACCESS will work with your local council to complete the approval process and paperwork.

What is the minimum contract term?

CLEAR ACCESS Business Broadband Fibre is currently only available on a 24-month contract.

Do we need to purchase the routing equipment?

CLEAR ACCESS will provide the routing equipment, which remains our property and must be returned to us in the event that you cancel your contract.

Can we keep our telephone numbers?

Yes, if you have a geographical dialling code e.g. 011, 021, 041 &c. We can port these numbers to our network for a once-off charge of just R170.00 + VAT per number.Alternatively, you can select any new available number for just R50.00 + VAT. With VoIP, there is no need to keep your existing telephone lines. Rather enjoy the cost-savings and crystal-clear quality of internet telephony. Please note that unfortunately we cannot port 086 and 087 numbers.

Can we have more IP addresses?

Additional IP addresses are available in blocks of 4, 8, 16 or 32 for just R50.00 + VAT per IP address.
