It’s very rare that we have any issues on our network or with connectivity, but it can happen. If you’re experiencing anything less than 100% Clear Access speeds, complete the form and let us know we need to sort it out.
When you receive any automatic response e-mails from our ticketing system; please reply directly to these e-mails and do not create new e-mails, as new e-mails will create a new tickets. Please also ensure that you receive a unique reference number for each request so that we can properly track and deal with your requests in a timely manner.
